A scratch is located on the left side of the unit while a dent is present on its back left edge. The scratch and dent will not be present after installation has been completed. The lower left corner of the units barrier screen assembly is bent slightly outwards.

Once the barrier screen assembly has been removed, scratches can be seen on the units right and left sides. These physical blemishes will be visible post installation and will not hinder the performance of the fireplace. Please be advised that additional minimal scratching and dents may be present on this unit. For terms, conditions, and limitations, please refer to page 47 of the installation.
