This unit comes as is. There are several scratches that can be seen on the upper right side of the units face. A small scratch is located on the lower, central area of it as well. These scratches are not visible post installation. In the lower right-hand corner of the VRLs interior is a white mark. This will be visible after installation is completed. These scuffs and scratches do not hinder the performance of the VRL4543ZEN. Please be advised that additional minimal scratching and dents may be present on this unit. Controls: Remote Control with Optional Wall Switch for ON/OFF Only.
